Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

This policy applies to eligible digital products offered by HALO Alpha, LLC through Avnamic and its services. Online purchasing is not yet available.

ADX Aircraft History Reports

ADX Aircraft History Reports are digital information products. A successfully generated and delivered report is generally non-refundable because access to the purchased historical snapshot has been provided. We retain discretion to provide support, credits, or refunds when required by law or appropriate to the circumstances.

If a persistent technical failure prevents report generation or digital delivery, the purchase may qualify for a full refund. Duplicate or erroneous technical billing is refundable after verification. Suspected unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly and may be handled through support and the payment provider's dispute processes.

Digital delivery

When purchasing becomes available, delivery will occur through the secure access method shown during the transaction or sent to the purchase email. Customers are responsible for providing a usable email address and protecting access links and account credentials.

Five-Report Packs

A Five-Report Pack provides five prepaid credits, each usable once for one eligible ADX Aircraft History Report. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and unused credits expire 12 months after the original purchase. Refund eligibility may depend on whether credits have been redeemed and on applicable law.

Promotions and referrals

Promotion codes and referral offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. Any refund is based on the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted price.
